Details

De Rotterdamse Dansgroep has been at the forefront of developments in the international dance scene since 1975 and can boast a remarkable repertoire of works by choreographers such as Merce Cunningham, Bill T Jones, Amanda Miller and Stephen Petronio. Kathy Gosschalk's choreography is noted for its theatricality and her latest work, Zonder Titel (Untitled) is inspired by, and performed to, Beethoven's String Quartet No 12. Jacopo Gadani, dancer-choreographer with Ballet Frankfurt, has created an intriguing and vital dance for five in Mars in Aries. The final piece is by Javier De Frutos, acclaimed London based Venezuelan choreographer and recent winner of the South Bank Show Award for Outstanding Achievements in Dance. Packed with humour and irony The Fortune Biscuit is performed to Stravinsky's Soldier's Tale.
