Following on from the highly successful and much praised concerts, Parallel Productions are returning to the St James Studio with the third concert in their intimate West End Switched Off series. Reprising the unique format of bringing together classic and unknown musical theatre songs in new stripped back, acoustic 'live lounge' rearrangements, the third event promises to leave you crying out for more. The concert series is running in parallel to the on-going series of recordings, which began with the first West End Switched Off, Volume 1 album released in 2014. West End Switched Off, Volume 2 is currently in the works. Accompanied by a live band helmed by musical director and creator Kris Rawlinson, there will be a stellar line up of guests, which will be announced in full in the coming months, but in the past has included Emma Hatton, currently appearing as Elphaba in the West End production of Wicked, Rebecca Trehearn, recently in City of Angels at the Donmar Warehouse, Gloria Onitiri, best known for her time as Rachel Marron in The Bodyguard, and Rob Houchen, current Marius in Les Miserables.
