Matt's Comedy Club is a non-profit community club with a family-friendly ethos that has hosted shows in the town since 2008. Hosted by co-founder Russ Bravo, expect a warm welcome and a fun night out for all ages from 12 upwards. TV regular and Brighton resident Zoe Lyons created a huge buzz on the comedy circuit in 2004 when she won the ?Nivea Funny Women Award 2004' and reached the finals of ?Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny Award' in the same year. As a result she has become a highly sought after act on both the national and international circuit. In recent years she's starred on Dave's One Night Stand, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Mock The Week, The Wright Stuff and a stack of other shows, plus BBC Radio 4 and Five Live. Zoe takes a sideways view of life, picking out the many absurdities and turning them into hilarious routines which she delivers with tremendous energy.
