The popularity of the band is as strong as ever and Seafarers UK will provide the audience with an evening of wonderful entertainment from the talented musicians of the Royal Marines Band Service. Seafarers UK is an umbrella charity raising thousands of pounds each year for those in need in the maritime world, including the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, the Merchant Navy and the Fishing Fleets. Money raised is given as grants to charities and in 2013 grants amounted to ?2.5m.
