CORONAVIRUS: 22Feb21 UpdateAll UK venues closed on 16th March 2020. After the Prime Minister's announcement it would appear that, subject to continued control of the virus, venues may re-open with social distancing and limits on audiences from 17th May. Social distancing restrictions may be removed from 21st June. We will continue to update our listings as much as possible to reflect the changes as/when they are reported.

St John Passion archiveA compelling music drama, the St John Passion leads us through Christ's final days, culminating in his trial, crucifixion and burial. The biblical text remains at the heart of the work, set to music as fluid and powerful as operatic recitative. This is complemented by the soloists' contemplative arias and the chorus's hauntingly beautiful chorales. Bach's version of the St John Passion which commemorates Holy Week 2000 and the 250th anniversary of Bach's death.
