An informal performance of a little known but superb musical 'cantata' by Robert Burns along with a selection of Burns songs from the internationally acclaimed CD series 'The Complete Songs of Robert Burns'. From light galloping instrumental turns (the foot-tapping songs based upon jigs and reels) to the more moving love songs and serious political material.
