Beijing Modern Dance Company’s powerful and moving performances have been acclaimed in Europe and the USA. In a mixed bill entitled Unfettered Journey 15 dancers show BMDC’s astonishing range and sublimely illustrate the creative diversity and innovation of modern dance within Beijing today. This unique performance is an appropriate celebration of the dynamic city hosting the 2008 Olympics. Blending tradition and challenging artistic vision, the BMDC reward the audience with an exceptionally rich and profound experience that has already written an amazing new chapter in Chinese modern dance history.
