Award-winning choreographers and dancers, Petrusova (formerly of T.R.A.S.H.) and Shacklock (formerly of Precarious), are intent on challenging the norms of physical performance and have worked across countries to present this boundary blurring double bill. Whilst in residence at various theatres in the UK and the Netherlands in early 2011, the artists brought together a cross-disciplinary ensemble. Combining high octane raw performance, cutting edge costume design and live composition, the two new works architect bodies as forms of physical matter and delve deep into the humanity of self, to go far beyond what we thought physically, vocally and consciously possible.
