Robert Woodall 36, from land locked Manchester took up sailing later in life whilst living in Australia. He quickly progressed from sailing Laser dinghies on Sydney Harbour to entering the BT Global Challenge, known as the World's toughest Yacht race. The talk covers the highs and lows of ocean racing in confined spaces and all it's inherent dangers. Robert will whisk you around the global race course in an entertaining evening.
