A modern retelling of Franz Schubert's Winterreise, December Songs is a song cycle with a cabaret sensibility. Written by the Tony & Olivier award winning Maury Yeston (Nine, Grand Hotel and Titanic), December Songs tells the story of a brokenhearted young woman wandering the snowy paths of Central Park. In this contemporary musical portrayal we follow her journey, as she finds the strength to recover and begin her life anew.
