Girlfriends archiveSet in Norfolk in 1941, Girlfriends focuses on the lives of two best friends. An emotionally compelling musical that celebrates the members of the Women's Auxiliary Air Force as they struggle to survive and fight to win. Caught in a love triangle with a young bomber pilot, who like all airmen had only a 1 in 5 chance of surviving a 30 flight tour of duty, the girlfriends know that any night could be his last.
