Shakespeare goes drinking with his mates Fat Jack, Peter the Painter, Mac the Wrestler and Nicholas the Weaver on a wet night in 1599. This boozy comedy, filled with music and song, is a wonderfully irreverent take on Shakepeare's social life. Prepare yourselves for a truly delightful comic double bill as Northern Broadsides cheekily pair Shakespeare's delightful comedy with an hilarious new play from Alan Plater.
