Opera buffa in one act. An aged pharmacist (Don Annibale), a stickler for the rules marries a young girl, but she has a suitor and on their wedding night he takes advantage of an old Italian law compelling the chemist to answer his doorbell at any hour. Aprrox 60 mins.
