Details

Set against the backdrop of 17th century London Fields after the Civil War, this opera follows the story of the mysterious seer Hannah Trapnel. Seized by public trances, Hannah Trapnel was imprisoned for sedition, and tried as a witch as her views were critical of Cromwell's government.
