Prince Handsome upsets a witch and is turned into The Beast, a spell only to be undone by true love. Belle is trapped in the Beast's castle after her father makes a deal to escape and eventually falls for "the inner man" and releases the Beast from his spell. A father plucks a rose from a stranger's garden as a gift for his daughter Beauty, little does he suspect that it will cost him dear. When Beauty returns to the mysterious castle to fulfil her father's bargain, she is surprised by its frightening occupant...
