In a fairy-tale kingdom, poor Cinderella is a servant to her cruel stepmother and ugly stepsisters. When a handsome prince invites all the maidens of the land to his party, she only has rags to wear. With the help of her friend Buttons and a sprinkling of magic from her Fairy Godmother, will she make it to the ball after all? Those ugly step-sisters will have Cinders cleaning all year in preparation, so come along and help her scrub up for a well-deserved date with Prince Charming. Expect the usual Lyric twist on Wicked Stepmothers, Fairy Godmothers, glass slippers, pumpkins, mice and more. You shall go to the ball with this festive fairy tale treat. Word has it that if you leave it too late to book, you might turn into a pumpkin... Joining the Cinderella panto cast this year are the Lyric Ensemble who are a group of young and up and coming performers.
