5 O'clock Angel archive5 O'clock Angel follows the tempestuous relationship between Tennessee Williams and the incredible Maria St Just - a Russian-bred grande dame who shopped with Marilyn Monroe, was sacked by Edith Evans, and adored by Marlon Brando. Over the course of forty years, Williams and St Just drank, laughed and cried together. In his acclaimed play, Kit Hesketh-Harvey (of Kit and the Widow fame) takes the pair all over the world, from the halcyon days of their youth to the darker episodes of their adult life.
