5 O'clock Angel follows the tempestuous relationship between Tennessee Williams and the incredible Maria St Just - a Russian-bred grande dame who shopped with Marilyn Monroe, was sacked by Edith Evans, and adored by Marlon Brando. Over the course of forty years, Williams and St Just drank, laughed and cried together.
