Balloons is a play which explores communication; in the advent of mass technological advancement where communication is fast and direct the play's characters put pen to paper. Matthew, in the search for the truth sends out a desperate cry for help to which Luka's responds. The two console each other as we learn of Luka's delicate home life. Valerie, Luka's wife, longs for her husband to communicate as their family is falling apart from within. Balloons is a story which, delves into the depths of relationships and examines our ability for communication in this busy world. Age 14+
