Yards of pink satin, songs about Mae West and lots of jokes pepper this dark comedy about the lives of three friends - Dinah and Simone, two former patients of a high security special hospital, and Katie their psychiatric nurse. In their solidarity, past and present, the three women find a strange confidence and cause for celebration.
