Coronation Street has had its fair share of strong female characters over the years but there is one you have never seen - maybe never even heard of - and she's been patiently waiting for her turn in the spotlight: Fat Brenda. Brenda has met a fella on Twitter who has promised to take her away to a better life. But will she finally be able to escape Weatherfield or do all cobbled roads lead back to Coronation Street? Brenda talks us through her world, her thoughts, fantasies and beliefs while she prepares to change her life forever.
