A quirky thriller with a darkly humorous streak, Flycatcher follows the web that Madelaine, an awkward and unpopular waitress weaves, in order to get Bing, a happy-go-lucky salesman, with his eyes set on Olive, a successful art gallery owner - into her world. But with extraordinary machinations, once finally together, it's the actions of Madelaine's grandmother - Mae - on a seemingly dis-connected mission of her own - who finally draws the web to an unexpected close, with a dark and unexpected secret of all finally revealed.
