The once successful touring freak show Riley s Odditorium is no longer pulling in the crowds. In a time when freak shows are out of favour in a society obsessed with beauty and normality, when the cheap novelty mermaid act is the only 'turn making money, owner and caller Robert Riley must look for a new way to attract new audiences.
