Gentle Tim is the re-imagined story of Timothy Treadwell, the man who went to live with bears in the Alaskan wilderness, and who was immortalised in Werner Herzog's docudrama, 'Grizzly Man'. This production focuses on Timothy without the voice of Herzog, and questions whether Timothy was focused on the protection of bears or whether his escape to the wild was a form of self-protectionism?
