Incubator Project - I Know How I Feel About Eve archiveThe Incubator Project was created by the Centre to give Welsh companies a helping hand. To get them started we provide a space in which to develop new work and then invite audiences to view the work in progress and give feedback. This is a great opportunity for you to help support and shape the future of local companies...as well as a fun night out. Dirty Protest will be working on a brand new play titled I know how I feel about Eve written by Colette Kane. The performance follows a couple as they come to terms their grief as they go through the process of cloning their lost child. Nick Janaway and Laura Moy will be developing work that began at the Centre as part of Inc’ling (Incubator’s little brother) earlier this year. The performance blends some brand new soundscapes that are created live and circus arts to look at how people often lead very separate lives despite how close they live to each other. Ben Partridge was also a part of the Inc’ling process this year and will be taking his performance titled Superconductor forward to the next stage of its development. This performance is a heart warming and often funny tale of how a boy living in the USSR in 1986 uses his imagination to help him deal with some difficult aspects of his life. Last year’s Incubator participants Velvet Ensemble are also performing in the Weston Studio on 8 & 9 December. Age guide 16+
