Details

An elderly couple muse on the lives they've lived, spending one final day together before one makes the decision to hang themselves. Their last day is quaint, familiar and touching until it is interrupted by a blind pilgrim who washes up at their door seeking his lost companion. As the pilgrim begins imposing himself in increasingly menacing and threatening ways, the couple ask themselves: what was it they did that brought them to this point?
