Inspired by Ruth Cowen's book and written by the young award-winning Graham, Relish will be a large ensemble spectacle with as much cheek as a juicy rump steak but with a chilling after taste that resonates with today's obsession with celebrity. Relish tells of the life and times of the world's celebrity chef, Alexis Soyer, and is explored in this site-specific piece. All the senses will be played with and catered for in this world premier production.
