Phakama's emerging artists will lead a group of young people in exploring the journeys they have made or undertake. During a week of intensive workshops a group of young people, led by Phakama's emerging artists will explore the themes surrounding ?journey'. Whether it's a journey that someone makes daily, a journey that stands out in someone's memory or a journey that changed someone's life. The outcome of this exploration will be performed as part of the Rich Mix Youth Takeover Festival and encourage the young people to explore their personal journeys and in so doing, make the audience think about theirs. The performance will call on multiple art forms, and could be performed in an imaginative and innovative way.
