At 15 years old, Fiona is practising for the future. Her Dad depends on her, so she spares his feelings. Her Mum has remarried but needs to be kept away. Preparing lies for her Dad and arguments for her Mum, she trains for an evening that will lead to a happier life. Tonight Fiona has planned a large party where all the chipsticks and twiglets are for one guest. Fiona has invited her Mum to visit, a woman who has tormented her Dad for years.
