The Amen Corner archiveA story from the Harlem gospel community. Sister Margaret has devoted her life to the Lord. For ten years she has run a thriving gospel-singing congregation. Her past comes back to haunt her when husband Luke, a burnt-out jazz musician, returns, seeking love and redemption. His arrival confuses their son David, who craves the musical inspiration and support that his mother does not provide. The first London revival of The Amen Corner since the 1987 production at the Tricycle which transferred to the West End. A Nottingham Playhouse and Tricycle Theatre production.
