Ecstasy: The whirl of the dervish, the sexual embrace, the artist's fever of inspiration, the chemical high of the raver. Many seekers have been driven by the allure of high reality where Self melts into Other, sometimes at the cost of their sanity or lives. The Ecstasy and the Ecstasy soars above reality to explore the ecstatic experiences, writings, and art of history's greatest lovers of god(s) and flesh, as well as our own brushes with the pleasures of personal annihilation.
