Returning to Rome from a war against the Goths, the general Titus Andronicus brings with him the queen Tamora and her three sons as prisoners of war. Titus' sacrifice of Tamora's eldest son to appease the ghosts of his dead sons, and his decision to refuse to accept the title of emperor, initiates a terrible cycle of mutilation, rape and murder. And all the while, at the centre of the nightmare, there moves the villainous, self-delighting Aaron. Owing to illness of Bill Wallis, Andrew Hilton, the director, will be performing the part of Titus, script in hand, until further notice.Performers Lucky Black (Tamora), Philip Buck (Bassanius), Paul Currier (Satumine), Craig Fuller (Mutius), Jonathan Gunning (Emillius), Catherine Hamilton (Lavinia), James Hilton (Young Lucius), Ben Ingles (Quintus), Siobhan McMillan (Nurse), Phil Mulryne (Martius/Publius), Roland Oliver (Marcus), Tom Sherman (Demetrius), Michael Smith (Young Lucius), Jacob Thomas (Chiron), Matthew Thomas (Lucius), Peter Townsend (Clown/Tribune), Bill Wallace (Titus), Leo Wringer (Aaron).
