What's Wrong with Angry? archiveTwo beautiful boys fall in love, but that love is a crime. When Patrick Wilde wrote What's Wrong With Angry? the age of consent for gay men was twenty one and section 28 was on the statute books. The play, and the subsequent film version, Get Real, were part of a political movement which eventually led to the equalisation of the age of consent and the abandonment of the insidious law that prevented promotion of h*mos*xuality as a positive life style.
