Seats 669. The Towngate Theatre closed in June 2001 for the first phase of Poole Arts Centre's £8.5 million refurbishment programme and reopened in October 2001. The second phase of refurbishment closed the Arts Centre between May-Oct 2002.. Previously known as Poole Arts Centre.
