ARC’s regular salsa night returns with world famous virtuoso Cuban violinist Omar Puente and his five piece band, Cubania. Omar is a member of Courtney Pine’s touring band, and has played all over the world. He has also played with Kirsty MacColl and Denys Baptiste. Salsa tutor Paul Longstaff starts the night off with a beginners class and resident DJ Christopher Lopez keeps the party going between and after the band. A delicious supper of beef habanero salsa, Cuban rice and bread is included in the ticket price and our famous Havana Club Rum cocktails like Mojitos, Cuba Libre and Daiquiris will be on offer.
