Following the success of The Shouting Fence we are glad to welcome back The Shout, a handpicked eighteen-piece choir who formed in 1998. These talented singers come from a wide variety of backgrounds that include gospel, jazz, blues and contemporary classical opera. The aim of the choir is to perform a mixture of concerts, music-theatre and site-specific pieces, written for them by Orlando Gough and Richard Chew. Each week will give audiences the chance to enjoy different aspects of The Shout's repertoire, with an exciting rolling programme of both existing and new work composed by Orlando Gough and Richard Chew
