Details

The play is set on 15th April 1989, the day of the Hillsborough disaster. The cup semi-final should be a day of celebration, as young Liverpool fans set off for Sheffield to cheer their team to Wembley. Back in Liverpool, as realisation of the tragedy unfolds, two families with friends and relatives at the match struglgle to keep a grip as they desperately wait for news.
