Inspired by the cultural vibrancy of Brixton and told though music and physical theatre, I Am A Promise is a celebration of the enduring strength and energy of Black London Devised and performed by Ovalhouse 13-18 Drama Group, it is a response to the Black Cultural Archive's Staying Power exhibition, showing aspects of the Black British experience 1950s-1990s.
