The critically acclaimed, multiplatinum US singer-songwriter John Legend is a phenomenally successful neo-soul singer-songwriter, social justice campaigner, actor and producer. Legend has garnered twelve Grammy Awards, an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, a Tony Award, and an Emmy Award, making him the first African-American man to earn an EGOT. Legend has starred in NBC's Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert in 2018 and also joined The Voice in 2019.
