A spell-binding evening of hip-hop dance, poetry, lyricism and theatre, reaching deep into the heart of hip-hop culture and its African roots. The show features Igniting Hip Hop – a performance piece by Moat Community College students, with direction from Olivier Award nominee Donald Edwards, and performance poet Charlie Dark. The line-up also includes Dance4’s International Young People’s Commission from Miguel Pereira and performances from Dreadlock Alien and 2Funky Arts youth groups. Great fun for those aged 6 and over.
