The Gentleman for Nowhere archiveThe platform is still. A train rumbles into the station and rolls to a halt. Three people step aboard... The Gentleman for Nowhere is an immersive piece based on Dickens' Mugby Junction, an anthology of railway-themed short stories. Staged in the Gresley Buffet Car, built in the 1930s, this mysterious Victorian tale will come to life before your very eyes. HookHitch have a simple aim: for audiences to leave their shows having discovered something new, or having been reminded of something they'd forgotten. Their passions lie in the traditions of rural storytelling and folk music, and they create and offer work that's accessible and inclusive
