Performed by the BBC Singers, Musicians from the BBC Philharmonic, students from the Royal Northern College of Music and Lancashire Music Service and the Massed Children's and Adult Choirs in Lancashire. Featuring songs and music inspired by the people, places and history of Lancashire and the premiere of a new BBC Radio 3 commission written by Marilyn Floyde and Bill Connor. The concert also features performances by Lancashire choral ensembles and the BBC Singers.
