. Acclaimed accordionist and composer Karen Street and her Quartet perform pieces from their latest recording, Accordion Crimes, which features blends of melodic, contemporary jazz flavoured with folk and tango. In recent years Karen has been involved with a variety of British bands including Tim Garland's Lammas and Phil Robson's Octet, and has helped to forge a new role for the accordion in contemporary jazz. Also featuring the lyrical and creative playing of Stan Sulzmann on saxophone, the inimitable Fred T. Baker on bass, and the outstanding soloing of Mike Outram on guitar.
