The Afterlife of Slavery archiveDevised by Pyramid Youth & Development Project under the direction of Suzann McLean. First performed in March 2007 The Afterlife Of Slavery looks at how far people of African heritage have come since the abolition of the Transatlantic slave trade 200 years ago. Juxtaposed with the rise of modern knife crime the play asks for its audience to learn from the past and mould a better future.
