A two-day mini drama playscheme for 8-12 year olds during the half-term holidays. In a land not that far away from our lives a foolish ruler, an Emperor who loves fashion more than anything else in the world. Life is merry in the Emperor's city and many people visit him there. Then one day two rascals, calling themselves designers come to the palace. The participants will devise and rehearse their own version of this very old story in a very modern way, culminating in an informal performance for family and friends. No experience is necessary, just bags of enthusiasm and energy.
