Cult outsider comic artist and musician Daniel Johnston, beloved of the likes of Kurt Cobain, Beck, Matt Groening and Harmony Korine, will be performing material from his latest album Fear Yourself, recorded with Mark Linkous (Sparklehorse) in this alternative Independence Day celebration. Johnston creates delicate, wry songs with themes of love and rejection, dreams and nightmares, good and evil. Support comes from underground US singer songwriter Entrance with guest DJs Everett True of Careless Talk Costs Lives and Savage Pencil.
