Sam Macreadie, king of the cruise ships, is back. He just can't quite remember why. Sam Macreadie is a big star - playing on cruise ships with his big band, he's got a bit of a reputation. The strange thing is that he now seems to be an old man in a hospital with a trunk full of souvenirs and some memories he can't quite fit together, so how did that happen? As Sam tries to piece together his life he discovers that you can't escape the past, even if you can't remember what happened.
