As part of Courtney Pine's award-winning band, Cameron's guitar style has dazzled many a jazz fan and has already seen him receive glowing reviews from critics all over the world that are moved by his warm and dexterous sound and his self-deprecating and engaging stage presence. Tonight he will perform with his own five piece band, presenting compositions from his recently completed album - a follow-up to the highly acclaimed Pad Up (Get Ready). Many of the compositions on this latest recording were inspired by Cameron's upbringing in the Caribbean, in particular the French radio station called Radio Jumbo from which the new album aptly draws its name.
