Grimm's fairytale. The classic story of two children sent into the woods. Unable to find their way home, they find a cottage made of cake and candy. Here lives a wicked witch who locks Hansel in a cage and tries to fatten him up ready for her to eat. No child forgets the story of the witch, the breadcrumb trail and the gingerbread house. An enchanting experience, this new adaptation of the Brothers Grimm tale captures the imagination of children and adults alike. After a sell-out run at the Brighton Fringe Festival in 2012, Hansel & Gretel returns with afternoon performances across the first weekend and early May bank holiday, and the spring bank holiday into half term.
