Have you ever wondered what Michael Bubl or Amy Winehouse would sound like in front of the Count Basie Orchestra? Well, now is your chance to find out in this two hour musical spectacular. Swings the thing have been heavily influenced by the music of Count Basie, something which prompted Peter Moreton (BBCs Dr. Swing) to say This Band plays Basie better than Basie did. Bubl and Winehouse have both had similar influences on our vocalists Nigel Adair and Katherine Mclean. Each get the opportunity to perform some of their favourite songs. An evening not to be missed.
