A move to New Zealan, and the young Ruarri found himself coming of age in Dannevirke (population 6,000), an isolated, rural farming community. Inspired by Bob Dylan, Ruarri's work has been compared to that of Damien Rice and David Gray. His fourth album "Brother" is a tribute to ?companionship, community and closeness.'
